Dario M. Gardiner is a Bahamian mental elevation coach, author, motivational speaker, writer, entrepreneur, and founder of the Green-lite Dojo website and brand store. Better known as Rio Sensei. Rio is helping transform everyday people’s minds from average to successful savage. 

Rio’s Philosophy

Rio believes that every human being is born with a purpose, has the ability to be great, and can live a life of fulfillment. The key to unlocking this culture of existence is reprogramming our minds with positive reinforcement. Similar to how the bible advises us to renew our minds in Christ (Romans 12:2). “When we elevate our minds, we elevate our lifestyle.”

Rio firmly believes that all human beings need their creator, God the Father, and his son, the Savior Christ Jesus, to live successful lives. Without Christ, we have no direction, and life has no meaning. This is why many live destructive, empty, shallow lives. But this can be fixed thanks to our Savior. Jesus Christ is the only answer to repairing a broken life. Only He can restore a fractured existence and transform it into a life of abundance and success. 

Rio’s Successes

Rio is the author of two novels, Mirror Awakening and Mirror Double Life, and is currently completing his third novel Mirror Days Past, a prequel to Mirror Awakening. The novel series is about a mild-mannered man trapped inside a mystic mirror that releases an alternate version of himself accompanied by a vengeful soul.

Rio founded the Green-lite Dojo website and Motivational Gifts and Brand Store.

Rio also has a growing YouTube channel where he uploads motivational videos to spread further the culture of leadership, mental elevation, self-development, and growth.
