Habit 1:Learn to say yes to life.

Learning to say yes to life is the most powerful attitude you can take on. Saying yes to life is rising above failures, shortcomings, people’s negative opinions, and that voice that says, “this is impossible.” Saying yes to life is saying yes to your dreams, potential, and the future you desire. Fostering the culture to say yes to life will take a bit of re-programming, simply because of our various upbringings. But you have the ability to change it!

Learning to say yes to life is believing in yourself, your abilities, and your dreams. It’s the power behind the one punch that will win it all for you. Saying yes to life is taking command over your life and cutting all negativity that leads to a life of mediocrity.

Habit 2:Feed your mind.

Feeding your mind is the key to living the life you desire. Feeding your mind will determine what kind of future you will have. If you allow negative deposits to accumulate in your mind, it will result in fear, mediocrity, dead dreams, and unfulfillment. Do yourself a favor, feed your mind positive installments that will manifest into a lifestyle of a winner of life.

Feeding your mind is the equivalent of using a shield to protect yourself. When negativity and that inner voice of doubt come to oppose your desires and dreams. Only what is in your mind will decide if your desires will remain a fantasy or will become a reality.

Feeding your mind is being selective of people, print material, digital media, and habits that can make or break you.

Habit 3:Read 30 minutes a day.

Reading is the key that unlocks the mind and opens the doors to possibilities. Reading is also an exercise for your brain. Implementing the habit of reading 30 minutes a day will do wonders for you. Reading has many health benefits, and it expands your knowledge base. Reading gives you the ability to teach and pass on information. The process of reading informative books will enable maturity and trigger mental transformation. Books hold secrets to life mysteries, and reading these books will put the reader ahead of the pack.

Reading is a leadership quality and why your boss is your boss. Reading is the key practice of every successful person, and it fosters discipline. Failure to implement reading as a daily practice will result in living a mediocre life.

Habit 4:Let your past go.

Learning to let your past go isn’t easy, and it will take daily practice. However, if you learn to let the past go and learn from your experiences, you make room for growth. Letting the past go allows healing and makes room for new experiences. Holding on to the past is bad for health and disables progress. Letting your past go breaks the hold it has over you.

Letting your past go means saying goodbye to hurt, failure, ignorance, and the old you. The past is dead, and the only life it has is the one you give it.

Habit 5:Exercise.

Exercise is good for the mind, body, and soul. There is no level of success without health. Therefore exercise, even minimal consistently, helps your body maintain a level of good health and overall well-being. In addition, exercise removes toxins from the body, releases stress, and allows your mind to process information and situations.

The body and mind are interdependent, and both need to be healthy. Exercise is one of the keys to living longer and happier. For example, becoming wealthy lose its purpose if all the money acquired is used to cover medical expenses. Or knowing you’ll spend less time with your loved ones due to health conditions that could have been avoided with regular exercise.

Good health is a benefit of exercising that links to wealth, happiness, and love. It’s pointless to transform your mind and life if your body is not healthy.

Habit 6:Adopting principles of the bible.

The bible has been around for centuries, and for a good reason. The bible is more than a historical book. It is a constitution of life-changing truths, wisdom, and customs. Not to mention, it has a record of our human genealogy, along with information about our creator God the father.

Adopting the principles of the bible will not only change your life but the way you live. The principles of the bible are very practical and are universally applicable to every human being. Adopting the Bible’s principles will mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, and spiritually prosper your life.

The principles of the bible are sound and trustworthy like our creator and unchanging like the law of gravity.

Habit 7:Stop focusing on what you don’t have.

Focusing on what you don’t have is very debilitating and prevents you from progressing. When you focus on what you don’t have, it not only blinds you to what you actually do have. It blinds you to possibilities. This is a destructive state of mind that blocks vision and inhibits growth.

It’s impossible for growth to occur or for you to overcome setbacks when you’re focusing on what you don’t have. Focusing on what you don’t have creates excuses and magnifies them. This keeps you stationary and discouraged.

Focusing on what you don’t have ultimately limits your dreams, potential, and purpose. This is not the mindset to have if you want to be successful or a winner in life. Stop focusing on what you don’t have and utilize what you have.

Habit 8:Patience

Patience is the ability to endure rough times or life’s storms. Patience also assists with developmental phases, also known as the maturation period. Therefore, you must learn to be patient simply because nothing worth having in life is instant or comes easy.

Patience is more than a virtue. It can also be your best friend and save you from making rash decisions. Patience is the key to unlocking greatness and what transforms a caterpillar into a butterfly.
